Easley Union Baptist Church represents the consecrated effort of men and women, who lived and died, and those who are still giving full measure of their strength, time and talent to its growth and development. It stands as a symbol of the religious life of the people who belong to it. We must give credit to those who gave birth to this church and to those who have been a part of its growth. We are aware that the power to achieve greatness does not reside in us or anyone but with God alone. His has an unexhaustable reservoir of strength and power. Our prosperity has been because of harmonious unity among a loving and cooperative family of believers. I say "to God be the Glory".
